Budget Billing
The Budget Billing Plan stabilizes your monthly payments to allow for seasonal variations. It’s available to members who have received service for at least 11 months and have a favorable credit history with us.. Our budget plan estimates your monthly kWh use based on the average of your previous 12 meter readings. Overpayments or underpayments are reconciled each September. Call the office to apply for the plan.

Automatic Member Payment Service
The Automatic Member Payment Service (AMPS) pays your utility bill monthly from your checking account or savings account. Frequent travelers and busy families find it accommodates their busy schedules. Contact the office for a brochure and registration form.
