We have designed our signup process for our ‘E’ Program Combo to be easy.
It is a combination plan – you will receive your bill electronically and you will be able to pay your bill using either a credit or debit card. Or, you can sign up for automatic bank draft, a free service which pays your electric bill monthly through your checking or savings account.
The following application will direct us as to which plan you wish, and begin the process to issue you a password. Once you have completed the form, you can review and print for your records before submitting electronically.
To get started, simply complete all required fields marked with an asterisk. Then, choose one (1) of three options that best suits your needs. Simply click on the appropriate option for you – only one can be marked for submission. Each option is spelled out in detail on the following page.
If you are currently disconnected for non-payment, Online Bill Pay will NOT ensure reconnection. Please call our Office.

Fill out the application, choose your method of
e-billing and request a password.
This step must be completed before you can pay your bill online.

and/or received your password,
you may proceed to online bill pay.
