SCHEDULE SL - SECURITY LIGHTING

AVAILABILITY
Available to any member of the Corporation where 120-volt service exists ahead of the meter loop. Any excess investment caused by the extension of secondary lines beyond 150 feet or the hanging of a transformer for the sole purpose of this service will require a contribution of the excess cost.

CHARACTER OF SERVICE
Security lighting service will be furnished, using photo-electric control equipment, mast arm and mercury vapor luminaire. Maintenance of the complete assembly and the cost of its electrical operation are included in the service.

RATE
Charge per month for each Security Light installed:

BILLING:
The consumer will be billed monthly (same as other billing) by adding to his net bill the appropriate charge for each Security Light and identifying same on his bill.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Bills for Security Lights shall be payable monthly and on the same terms and schedule as other bills are due on the applicable rate schedule.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The consumer may request termination of service at his option after the first year. The Corporation may remove or disconnect the service for other reasons as specified in the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
