We have designed our signup process for our
‘E’ Program Combo to be easy.
It is a combination plan – you will receive your bill electronically and you will be able to pay your bill using either a credit or debit card. Or, you can sign up for automatic bank draft, a free service which pays your electric bill monthly through your checking or savings account.
